The Let Only service allows the landlord to let us find the tenant and set up the tenancy. This service is designed for the landlord who wishes to manage their property, without having to find and set up the tenancy.This service covers all the aspects of letting including advice on current legislation and regulations. This service is ideally suited to those who require assistance in the initial stages of letting but can manage the day-to-day running of the property thereafter i.e. dealing with any maintenance problems, rent issues, damage etc.

  • Arrange preparation of inventory
