Viewings are always accompanied by a member of staff who can answer any questions you may have.


A security deposit of one month’s rent plus £100 must be paid, the deposit will be transferred to the Safe Deposit Scheme account throughout the tenancy term. This will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory check out inspection.


We require references from your employer and a previous or current landlord (Students may require a guarantor)
We may also require a bank reference and sometimes a guarantor. In addition a credit check is required .

Moving In

Once we have satisfactory references in place, we will arrange an appointment for you to come to our office to sign your lease documents, collect a copy of the inventory, complete a standing order mandate for future rental payments and pick up your keys.


The rent is paid monthly in advance on the same date as your tenancy start date. The tenant is responsible for council tax and all other utilities bills at the property.

Moving Out

If you wish to leave at the end of your tenancy, you must tell us in writing two months before the last day of your tenancy. We will let you know we have received this and advise what you need to do next

If you wish to stay in the property then you needn’t do anything and the tenancy will continue as usual on a month by month basis.
